Responsibilities:
Manage and effectively implement the existing programs of the organization.
Audit the on going programmes to ensure that the results are achieved vis-a-vis the vision of the programme.
Ensure a cohesive and planned approach to our activities for maximum benefit to the beneficiaries.
Undertake monitoring and evaluation of activities and achievements related to agreed targets and cost/income ratio.
Manage, build and motivate the teams and train them whenever needed.
Analyze, implement and monitor new growth potentials by introducing new sustainable activities.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 5-7 years experience with demonstrable track record.
MBA | MSW
Excellent knowledge of English, Hindi & Marathi both written and read.
Innovative and strategic thinking but also hands-on.
Result driven to reach ambitious growth.
Motivator and team builder and enable individuals to reach potential.
Demonstrable problem-solving and analytical ability on complex problems.
Ability to budget and to monitor income and expenditure.
Experience in NGO sector in Rural Maharashtra is a must.
Experience with creating and supporting women SHG will be an added advantage.
